My name is nikita, and I’m a Black lesbian artist, meme-maker, and tarot reader who loves media, especially The X-Files. I have a degree in gender and sexuality studies, and I’ve spent most of my adult life discussing pop culture and books. I created this newsletter to explore how fandom brings together those on the margins, as well as to discuss my love of early internet culture and cryptids.
